We are Delicatezza - a young and fresh online Italian delicatessen based in London that delivers both freshly made food and top Italian brands to our customers’ homes and offices throughout the UK. We also have a gift range that does very well and seasonal ranges (Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter) that do exceptionally well.
Delivery & Our Customers
We deliver throughout the UK with the exception of Northern Ireland, The Isles of Scilly, The Isle of Man and The Scottish Highlands & Islands. We offer FREE delivery in London and very fair delivery charges outside of London (free if your order is £60, otherwise £4.95). We accept payment by credit and debit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). Feedback on our food, our delivery and our customer service has been consistently excellent. This is also reflected in our low cancellation rates of 0.6%. Our customer base is varied. Although approximately 50% of our customers are Italian, we attract a wide spectrum of nationalities, age groups and income brackets.
What’s In It For You
We offer a 10% commission as standard for publishers per valid sale. The commission is paid net of VAT, delivery charges and refunds. Our average net basket size is £40, which means a £4 commission per sale for you. We are continuously adding products to our range, making improvements to our site and running varied promotions to drive our basket size higher. We are also launching a number of key partnerships with events and media companies this year, which should boost our brand recognition significantly. Our orders are validated every 7 days. Along with our low cancellation rate, this means you get your commissions confirmed very fast.
